Here at Maison BREiZH we create an authentic food and drink experience based on a dedication to top level culinary training, a respect for high quality geographically protected ingredients, and an appreciation of the people who have cultivated a 500 year old regional micro-industry producing a wealth of amazing recipes using produce from the land and sea.

Our business celebrates the best of modern Breton food and drink, starting with the humble galette, crêpe and other specialities, developing a broader menu range in the year ahead. The shellfish, seaweed, sea salt, butter and cider are world class, but it’s the unique Breton buckwheat, a.k.a. blé noir or sarrasin, that is the star of the region.

We import the finest IGP Breton buckwheat with its extraordinary taste; tangy, earthy, nutty with a light bitterness, and other derivative food and drink products eg honey, tea, and whisky direct from certified producers. Organically grown in the upper corner of North West France, it is naturally gluten-free, and ferments beautifully.
