KANTINA Food & Drink Weekender
Kantina is an opportunity to ( finally ) come together and celebrate the joy of food, in all of its depth and diversity.
Kantina will showcase the culinary talent at ETFI, while introducing some of the UK's most prestigious cooks, cocktail makers, the world's best brewers and local food heroes, those that push boundaries and whom we believe deserve a seat at our table and a place in our city.
We aim to bring together all of this incredible talent to present up to 14 collaborations and serve up to 12,000 guests, exclusive to the festival.
As ever, during Kantina, ETFI will host a vibrant roster of iconic accompanying live entertainment, exclusive talks on stage, satellite events, wine tasting and a guaranteed feast for all.
